About the Role
As Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all equipment and third-party labour service orders to ensure sales, client services and project teams are updated throughout the supplier ordering lifecycle. You will also ensure that all customer maintenance contracts are accurate in accordance with the customer’s requirements and updated correctly to maximise revenue, cash collection and minimise customer queries.
Above all, you will be responsible for giving our customers the best impression and experience of Nasstar!
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the Supplier Relationship Inbox to ensure emails are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Management of ServiceNow projects for equipment and third-party labour services within the Kit/Support assignment group.
- Raising of Purchase Order (PO) requests with the purchasing team for equipment and third-party labour services managed projects as required.
- Liaise with various departments including Sales, Pre-sales, Sales Support Desk and Purchasing teams in relation to ServiceNow project issues/requirements as needed.
- Work closely with the project teams (PCOs/PMs) to provide assistance, as required, for equipment and third-party labour service orders for their projects.
- Liaise with multiple suppliers to ensure orders and delivery of equipment and third-party labour services are managed appropriately.
- Manage the returns (RMA) process with suppliers to ensure equipment orders are returned in line with the suppliers 'Return Merchandise Authorisation’ RMA policy.
- Responsible for the allocation of Cisco eLicences to the correct customer account and deal with eLicence queries with Cisco via the Cisco Technical Assistance Process (TAC).
- Ensure SharePoint is updated with supplier documentation updates (e.g., Backlog Report, Packing Slips, Delivery Receipts and Cisco eDelivery licence notifications).
- Plan and manage own workload in line with team performance targets and to ensure deadlines are achieved and customer queries and requests are actioned quickly and efficiently in a professional manner
