About the Role
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Service Operations, you will be responsible for the management of all changes that fall under the scope of Nasstar’s Change Management policy.
This role will be required to report change data monthly against KPI’s, identify trends and complete failed change analysis and has 1 direct report.
Responsibilities:
- To convene and chair bi-weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB), Change Review Board (CRB) and where required, chair the Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB).
- To review change test plans, rollback strategies, performing risk and impact assessments and communication of change internally and to partners and customers.
- Work closely with Support and Operational teams to manage and improve change processes.
- To provide leadership and support across the operational support function and assist with ITIL processes such as Problem Management, Incident Management, Service Availability and Continual Service Improvement
- To report data against KPI’s for Change Management
What we are looking for:
- Have experience in ITIL Foundation
- Good in People management, Service and Change management
- Proven track record of service improvements
- Implementing new or updated processes across an organisation
- Technical understanding of Hyper-V, VMware, networks, PCI, Unified Communications & IaaS
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow service management tool
