About the Role

As Customer Provisioning / Porting Coordinator you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of all provisioning orders and/or number ports to ensure customers are updated proactively throughout the provisioning / porting lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clean order validation of customer requirements to ensure smooth provisioning.
- Planning and managing own workload in line with team performance targets and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with various other departments including presales, product management, customer services and sales teams to ensure accurate data capture and provisioning.
- Raise orders and change requests onto the various systems to ensure order completion is in line with SLA and accurate billing.
- Proactively keep the customer updated at all key stages of the order cycles.
- Attend and actively contributing to customer service reviews to build and strengthen relationships.
- Adhere to all documented processes & procedures.
- Manage ad hoc projects and undertake additional tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely service delivery.
- Managing the end-to-end process of Number ports.
- Working with a team of enthusiastic people.
- Working on brand new systems and supporting the team with business proposals
What do I need to do this job?
The successful candidate will be able to produce accurate records that will be maintained to ensure all provisioning requests can be completed in a timely manner.
You will be able to manage multiple orders at the same time and prioritise your workload as you will be required to support customers with contracts for multiple solutions across multiple third-party suppliers.
You will be able to support Business accounts across the business and will have excellent customer service and communication skills.
